Ingredients for making bamps

For the test

  1. Water or milk 1 cup

Step 1: Knead the dough.

In order for the buns to turn out to be round and neat, first flatten a piece of dough into a cake, and then assemble it into a nodule, tightening the edges at the top. After putting the pampushka on a baking sheet, you will need to stitch it down, so you get neat buns.
Transfer the formed donuts to a greased baking sheet and give them 15-20 minutes on a detuning. You can grease them with butter or beaten yolk to get a golden crust.

Step 3: Bake the dumplings to the borsch.
