Chicken Stomach Salad


Chicken Gastric Salad Ingredients

  1. Chicken Stomachs 400 grams
  2. Onion 1 piece
  3. Carrot 1 piece
  4. Bay leaf 1 piece
  5. Fresh cucumber 2 pieces
  6. Eggs 3-4 pieces
  7. Green onions to taste
  8. Mayonnaise to taste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Ground black pepper to taste

Making chicken stomach salad:

Step 1: Boil the chicken stomachs.


Thaw stomachs at room temperature. Then peel them off and rinse thoroughly with cool running water. Fold the stomachs in a pan, fill with cold water, put the peeled carrots and onions in the same place (vegetables should be whole). Salt, put a bay leaf and put on fire. Once the water boils, turn down the power and simmer the chicken stomachs over low heat for 1 hour.

Throw the boiled stomachs into a colander, cool, and then cut into strips of small thickness.
Attention: we do not need carrots and onions cooked with stomachs anymore, they can be thrown out.

Step 2: Prepare the eggs.


Place the eggs in a saucepan with salted cold water, put on fire and cook after boiling for 10-13 minutes. Then cool them under a stream of cold water, peel and cut into thin strips.

Step 3: Prepare the cucumber.


Rinse the fresh cucumber. Be sure to check if his peel is bitter, otherwise it will need to be cut. Cut the prepared cucumber into thin strips as well.

Step 4: Prepare the green onions.


Rinse green onions, shake off excess moisture and cut into small circles.

Step 5: Mix the chicken stomach salad.


Pour all the previously prepared ingredients into the salad bowl: chicken stomachs, boiled eggs, fresh cucumber and green onions. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything very carefully and serve it to the table!

Step 6: Serve the chicken stomach salad.
