Cooking goulash with potatoes in a slow cooker:
Step 1: prepare the beef.

Cut the prepared beef into cubes or stripes about 1-1.5 centimeters thick.

Step 3: stew the beef.
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, select the mode frying and throw onions there. Sauté it until golden, stirring occasionally. At the end, add tomato paste and sweet paprika to the onion. Mix well. Add wheat flour, pour a little water and mix very carefully, breaking all the lumps.
Then add the sliced beef to the onion and sprinkle the meat with marjoram, salt and pepper. Pour water into the slow cooker so that it completely covers the beef. Mix everything thoroughly, select the mode on the multicooker quenchingset the timer on 1,5 hour and close the appliance lid.
