Step 1: boil the potatoes.

Step 2: saute the minced meat.
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Stuffing should be thawed at room temperature.
In a pan, heat a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the onion in it until transparent. After that, add the minced meat there, add salt and pepper (black and allspice, can be hot) to taste, mix everything thoroughly and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3: fry cabbage with carrots.
Rinse the cabbage, remove the stump and peel the dried leaves from it, then cut the rest into thin strips.
Peel the carrots, rinse thoroughly and grate on a medium grater. And if you have a special grater for carrots in Korean, then this is absolutely wonderful.
Fry cabbage with carrots separately from meat. Salt, pepper and simmer for 20-25 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: prepare mashed potatoes.
Boiled potatoes just had to cook. Drain all remaining water from it, and then use a pusher to turn it into mashed potatoes. Of course, you can grind with a blender, but, in my opinion, it turns out too liquid.
Step 5: Three Cheese
Cut off the crust from the cheese and grate it on a medium or fine grater.
Step 6: prepare the casserole with cabbage, minced meat and potatoes.
Set the oven to warm up 200 degreesand at this time put all the ingredients in a baking dish. The first layer is about 1/3 whole mashed potatoes, smooth it and grease on top with a thick layer of sour cream. On top of sour cream, put the minced meat fried with onions, smooth. Next, make the cabbage stewed with carrots. Put the remaining mashed potatoes, smooth out all the irregularities again and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Put the formed casserole in the oven on 30 minutes. After that, the casserole with cabbage, minced meat and potatoes is set, covered with a delicious cheese crust and will be ready to serve.
Step 7: Serve the casserole with cabbage, minced meat and potatoes.
Serve the cabbage, minced meat and potato casserole for lunch or dinner. This dish will appeal to all family members, and no one will get up from the table hungry. Cut it with a knife and arrange on plates. And as a light side dish, you can put canned peas or corn in each serving, as well as decorate everything with fresh herbs.

- When frying minced meat or cabbage, you can add a little tomato paste or tomato chopped in a blender into the pan.
- It is not necessary to turn the potatoes into mashed potatoes, you can cut them into circles, however, the option with mashed potatoes is more tender, in my opinion.
- The order of the layers in the casserole with cabbage, minced meat and potatoes is not important, you can even add cheese to the middle, or if you have more ingredients or a smaller shape, repeat the layers several times.
