Oven Chicken Wings


Oven Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Wings

Cooking chicken wings in oven sauce:

Step 1: Prepare the chicken wings.


Defrost chicken wings in advance and let them rest and warm at room temperature. Then rinse thoroughly with cool water and pat dry with disposable paper towels. This is necessary in order for the marinade to soak chicken meat well, and in the dish it does not work out excess moisture.
Arrange the prepared chicken wings on a cutting board and divide each into joints into three parts.

Step 2: Marinate the chicken wings in the sauce.


In a deep plate or saucepan, mix tomato paste, ketchup, salt and black pepper. Add the cloves of garlic peeled and husk-crushed using a press. Stir the marinade well and put the chopped chicken wings into it. Mix everything again so that the wings are completely covered in the sauce. Leave them to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours, at least for 4 hours, or at night.

Step 3: Bake the chicken wings.


Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. Lubricate the baking tray with a sufficient layer of vegetable oil and spread the chicken wings in the sauce on it. It is necessary to lay out in one layer, so that parts of the wings do not find each other. Put in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes. Make sure that the smallest parts of the wings do not burn, if necessary, they can be turned over. As soon as the chicken is baked, it can be taken out of the oven and served.

Step 4: Serve the chicken wings.


Chicken wings baked in the sauce in the oven, serve hot. As a side dish, rice, pasta or airy mashed potatoes are suitable. And you can serve the wings separately from everything as a crispy snack, which is called "under the beer." It turns out really very tasty!

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of salt, you can add soy sauce to the marinade.

- For flavor in the marinade, you can add your favorite chicken seasonings.

- If your oven has a “grill” mode, cook wings on it at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Moreover, as soon as the upper side of the wings is browned, they will need to be turned over and baked on the other side, too.
