Step 1: Prepare the spaghetti.
Boil spaghetti in salted water until cooked, about 8 minutes. Throw the pasta into a colander, add a little vegetable oil and mix. Leave aside the spaghetti, only occasionally gently mixing them so that they do not stick together.
Step 2: Prepare Zucchini
Rinse the zucchini thoroughly, because for cooking we need young vegetables, we do not need to peel them from the skins and seeds. Just cut them into thin strips or grind them using a special grater, turning zucchini into long spaghetti.
Step 3: Simmer the zucchini.
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan and lower the chopped zucchini into the pan. Simmer the vegetables over medium heat until soft, gently mixing them all the time. At the very end, add chopped garlic cloves to zucchini in a pan, pepper and salt them. Stir and remove from heat. Put the stewed zucchini on a separate plate.
Step 4: Prepare the cherry tomatoes.
While preparing zucchini, cherry tomatoes need to be washed and cut each in half. Do not forget to remove the green tails.
Step 5: Prepare the cherry tomato sauce with basil.
In the same pan in which you stewed zucchini, fry the halves of the cherry tomato for 2 minutes from each side. Sprinkle with dried basil at the very end and mix gently.
Step 6: Mix all the prepared ingredients.
Arrange the boiled spaghetti on portioned plates, add the stewed zucchini and cherry tomatoes with basil on top. Sprinkle everything with grated Parmesan, mix and serve immediately.
Step 7: Serve the pasta with zucchini, cherry tomatoes and basil sauce.
