Fried tilapia fillet

Ingredients for Fried Tilapia Fillet

  1. Tilapia Fillet 400-450 grams
  2. Vegetable oil optional
  3. Dried wig 1 tablespoon

Cooking fried tilapia fillets:

Step 1: Prepare the Tilapia Fillet.

Defrost fish fillet in advance or take chilled. Rinse it with cool running water and pat dry with disposable paper towels.

In a saucer, mix together all the spices indicated in the list of ingredients.
Spread the prepared tilapia fillet on a cutting board and grease it with the resulting seasoning mixture on all sides. Rub your fish spice directly with your fingertips.

Step 2: Fry the tilapia fillet.

Heat a sufficient amount of vegetable oil in a pan. When it gets hot enough, carefully lower the tilapia fillets into the pan. Sauté for 3-5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then turn over and fry again 3-5 minutes or until ready.
Tilapia fillet is prepared very quickly, so frying will not take you more than 10 minutes, after which the fish can be served to the table.

Step 3: Serve the fried tilapia fillet.

Fried tilapia fillet should be served immediately after cooking, in hot form. Choose any suitable side dish for your fish, such as mashed potatoes or boiled rice. Garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs or slices of lime, you can lemon. Fragrant and very tasty tilapia is an excellent lunch, the preparation of which will not make you hang around in the kitchen for hours.

- To prevent the fish fillet from breaking up when frying, carefully select it when buying. Fillet should be covered with a uniform transparent layer of ice, and not flooded with it to increase weight. In addition, fish meat should look good.
