Foil chicken in a slow cooker


Ingredients for cooking chicken foil in a slow cooker

Cooking chicken foil in a slow cooker:

Step 1: prepare the chicken.


For cooking, it is better to take a fleshy, chubby chicken, and not the one from which soup is usually cooked.
First of all, the bird needs to be thawed, for this, just leave the chicken in the sink for several hours until it thaws completely.
Then lay the bird on a cutting board and wipe with spices mixed with salt. The cloves of garlic should be peeled, halved and rubbed with chicken.
At the very end, spread chicken on all sides with fat sour cream.

Step 2: wrap the chicken in foil.


Spread the chicken carcass with various spices and place it on a foil sheet twice as large as the bird itself. Pack tightly, pressing the edges so that nothing leaks during cooking and your chicken becomes juicy.
Let the bird soak in spices, so leave it at room temperature (only if not very hot) on 30 minutes.

Step 3: bake the chicken in a slow cooker.


Place the chicken wrapped in foil with the breast down in the bowl of the multicooker, greased with vegetable oil. Close the lid, set the program "bakery products" on 40 minutes. All while you can do cooking side dishes or other things.

Step 4: fry the chicken.


After the right time, remove the chicken from the bowl of the multicooker and carefully remove it from the foil.
In order for the chicken to have a delicious crispy crust, it must be returned back to the bowl of the multicooker (already without foil), select the mode "bakery products" and fry on each side (including sides) for 10 minutes. And be sure to pour the liquid that has accumulated in the foil into the multicooker. You can turn the chicken over with an ordinary spatula, holding the carcass on the other side with a fork.
As soon as your chicken gets a delicious golden crust, it must be carefully removed from the slow cooker and served.

Recipe Tips:

- It is not necessary to remove the chicken from the foil before frying it, but the crust will turn out not so golden and beautiful.
