Pancake Salad Ingredients

Cooking Ministerial Salad Pancake Salad:

Step 1: prepare the veal.

Before you start cooking, let the meat move a little at room temperature so that it is slightly warmed. Rinse the veal and dip in a pot of cold salted water. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion rings in it until soft and translucent. Strong frying before crusting is not necessary.

Step 4: preparing a gas station.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and black pepper. Beat all the ingredients well. You need to mix the dressing up to white.

Step 5: prepare the pancakes.

Break the chicken eggs into a deep bowl and shake well, turning the yolks and squirrels into a homogeneous mass. And then fry them in a preheated pan with a little oil.
Egg pancakes should be thin, not like an omelet, so pour not the whole mass into the pan immediately, but in portions. When one side of the pancake is fried, carefully with a spatula, starting from the edges, separate the pancake from the pan and turn it over with its raw side down.

Grease the finished pancakes with the dressing prepared earlier and sprinkle with chopped herbs, and then roll them into a roll.

It remains only to cut the roll into several pieces, a thickness of not more than 2 centimeters.

Step 6: mix ministerial salad salad with pancakes.
