Cream must be whipped with a mixer with powdered sugar into the foam. In order for everything to work out as it should, cream and all devices for making cream should be cooled. And, of course, fat content is very important, if it is less than 30-35%, then the cream is unlikely to break into cream.
Step 4: collect the cake.
Cakes and cream are ready, only the simplest thing remains: to collect the cake. To do this, simply lay the cakes on top of each other, generously spreading each layer with whipped cream cream. Do not spare the cream, as the dough absorbs the layer very well, becoming tender and even more delicious.
At the end with the remaining cream, coat the cake from all sides and from above, if you wish, you can decorate your dessert with something else, for example, coke chips or almond petals, I just have crushed nuts.
