Cooking chicken breasts in the oven:

Cut a piece of parchment that fits the shape to the size and spread it with oil on one side as well.

Lay the chicken breasts in the form, you can add a few slices of lemon to them, or maybe a few twigs of thyme or rosemary, all at will. And cover everything from above with a sheet of parchment, oil side down.

Press the baking paper with your fingers so that it sticks tightly to the chicken on top, and there are no large gaps at the edges between the parchment and the shape. Then the poultry meat will definitely turn out juicy.

Step 3: bake chicken breasts.


Put the chicken breasts in the oven on 30-40 minutes. Thanks to parchment, they will be cooked in their own juice and therefore will become tender and juicy, and they certainly will not dry out.
After the specified time, check the chicken, it should turn completely white, which will indicate its readiness. At the bottom of the mold there will certainly be some juice.

Step 4: Serve the chicken breasts.


Oven-baked chicken breasts can be served immediately after cooking, like a hot dish, picking up a light side dish for them. And you can wait until they cool, transfer the bird to a container and send it to the refrigerator.
