Making creamy salmon soup:

Step 1: Prepare the vegetables.

Rinse potatoes and carrots thoroughly with running warm water. Then peel the root vegetables, rinse them again. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Peel the onion, rinse with cool water, and then crumble into a small cube.
Rinse the tomatoes, make a cross-shaped incision on each and dip all the vegetables in boiling water for a few seconds, and then immediately into the cold. Remove the skin from the tomatoes, and cut the remaining pulp into cubes.
Thoroughly rinse dill and chop finely.

Step 2: Prepare the Salmon.

Thaw salmon (but only at room temperature), remove from skin, and then cut into small cubes.

Step 3: Cook the roast.

In a saucepan (in which you will cook the soup), heat the butter, and then fry the onions in it for a minute, then pour the grated carrots there. Cook the vegetables until they change color, but do not fry them.
Add the pulp of a tomato to the carrot stewed with onion, mix and simmer for a few more minutes.

Step 4: Cook the vegetables.

Pour water into a pot with stewed vegetables, bring it to a boil and pour potatoes into the seething broth. Pepper and salt everything to taste, mix well and cook over medium heat, covering the pan with a lid, for 10 minutes.

Step 5: Bring the creamy soup with salmon.

As soon as the previously measured 10 minutes, add the pieces of salmon to the soup and pour in the cream. Cook fish instantly, so cook everything after boiling yet 5 minutes.
Check the finished soup for salt, pepper, if necessary, add more spices, as well as pour chopped dill. Remove the soup from the heat, cover it and let stand 15-30 minutes, and only after serving it to the table.

Step 6: Serve the creamy soup with salmon.

Creamy soup with salmon does not need additional advertising, because already in the midst of cooking in the kitchen, curious noses will be peeking in and out and wondering over and over, and when will it be ready. Therefore, it will be enough for you to start pouring the finished brew into portioned plates, and everyone will immediately run to the table, there’s no need to call anyone. The soup will leave for a sweet soul and will hardly have time to cool. Do not forget to serve fresh bread, home-made garlic buns or fragrant croutons.
Enjoy your meal!
