Chicken Heart Salad Ingredients
- Chicken Hearts 300 grams
- Fresh champignons 200 grams
- Onion 1 piece

Cooking Chicken Heart Salad:
Step 1: prepare the chicken hearts.
In any case, chicken hearts must first be thawed. Then they should be rinsed with cool running water, washing blood clots from the inside.
Dip the hearts in a pot of clean water, let it boil and boil for 2-3 minutes over high heat. Then change the water in the pan, throw the hearts in a colander and rinse, and then return them back to the pan (in which there is already clear water) and put it on fire again. Cook the chicken hearts until cooked, that is, over medium heat for 20-30 minutes boiling field.
Throw the boiled hearts into a colander, let them cool, and drain the excess water, and then cut the offal into small pieces.
Attention: some housewives put whole chicken hearts in the salad, it’s a matter of taste, so do as you like.
Step 2: prepare the onion.
Peel onions, rinse with cool water and crumble into small cubes.
Step 3: prepare the champignons.
Rinse the champignons properly, cutting off the darkening and removing the earthy parts of the legs. After washing, dry the mushrooms with disposable paper towels and cut into slices of any size, as you like for the salad.
Step 4: fry the mushrooms with onions.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry onions in it until soft, transparent and light golden crusts. To make this happen, you must certainly cook the onions over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add the champignons to the fried onions and, not forgetting to stir all the time, simmer everything until mushrooms are fully cooked. The main thing is not to overdo it with vegetable oil, it really needs a little.
Step 5: prepare the apple.
Meanwhile, take a thick, crispy apple with sweet and sour flesh. Rinse it, peel the skin and seeds, tear off a twig, and then cut the peeled fruit pulp into small cubes or straws.
Step 6: mix the chicken hearts salad.
In a salad bowl, place all the previously prepared ingredients: chicken hearts, mushrooms with onions and an apple. Stir, add green peas (water must be drained from it beforehand), salt, add greens to taste and season with mayonnaise. That's all, the chicken hearts salad is ready, you can serve it to the table!
