Ingredients for making a pie with curd balls

Making a cake with curd balls:
Step 1: prepare the curd balls.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Add to it granulated sugar, coke chips and one egg. Thoroughly mix everything so that you get a pleasant homogeneous mass.
From the resulting mass in your palms, form neat small-sized balls. Fold them immediately in a sheet covered with parchment (or greased with butter, as you like more), but if you are not sure that you will do all the rest quickly enough, it’s better to put the ready-made curd balls in the refrigerator for now.
Step 2: prepare the eggs.
First break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Only very carefully so that not a drop of yolks gets to the proteins, and the dishes must first be thoroughly washed with a dishwashing detergent.
Add to the yolks 30 grams sugar and beat with a mixer until white.
Beat the remaining sugar with proteins. But here it’s not so simple, you need to add sugar in small portions, as the formation of foam. First whisk the whites lightly (at the minimum speed of the mixer) with a pinch of salt, then add sugar, make the foam thicker, increase the speed and add another portion of granulated sugar. Continue whisking, gradually adding granulated sugar until the proteins turn into a thick foam, which does not pour out if you tilt the plate with it.
Step 3: prepare the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring it all the way with a whisk until it is sufficiently liquid.
Mix the melted chocolate with the egg yolks whipped with sugar. Pour the chocolate slowly, stirring the mass all the time.
Step 4: knead the chocolate mass.
In a separate plate, mix cocoa, flour, starch, baking powder and vanilla.
Combine the whites and yolks (to which chocolate has already been added). Do this carefully, carefully mixing thick foam and chocolate mass.
Now combine the loose ingredients and the viscous egg-chocolate mass. Add one to the other in small portions, mixing thoroughly each time. As a result, you will get a homogeneous mass, reminiscent of sour cream in density.
Step 5: bake a cake with curd balls.
Set the oven to warm up 180 degrees Celsius. At this time, remove the previously deferred form with curd balls and pour the chocolate mass into it. Well, or you can first pour the mass, and then put the balls into it.
Place the cake in a preheated oven and bake it for 1 hour. We check the readiness of baking with a toothpick (stick it in the dough, if it comes out dry - everything is ready).
Remove the finished cake with curd balls from the oven, cool at room temperature, and then boldly serve it for tea or on the holiday table.
Step 6: serve the cake with curd balls.
A cake with curd balls turns out to be tasty, but you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar or grease with sour cream (or chocolate) cream for beauty. Serve as a dessert with strong tea or coffee. All fans of chocolate will definitely like it, and the rest will not be able to stand aside.
