Step 1: Prepare apples and pears.
Select strong and ripe apples and pears with juicy pulp. In no case do not take battered and even more rotten.
Rinse the fruit thoroughly with warm water. Remove the skin from them, trying to grab as little pulp as possible. Remove the twig from above and the "antennae" at the bottom of the fruit.
Prepared apples and pears cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape, removing the core from the fruit, in which the seed box is located.
So that the fruits do not darken, pour the pulp of pears and apples with boiling water, hold in it 5 minutesand then fold it in a colander and cool with cold running water.
Step 2: Cook the pear and apple jam.
In a saucepan, prepare syrup by mixing granulated sugar and water for this, boiling everything together thoroughly for a couple of minutes so that the sugar dissolves without residue.
Put apple and pear slices in boiling syrup. Bring it all together to a boil and cook for about 30-40 minuteswhile stirring the contents of the pan.
As a result, the pieces of fruit should become transparent, like glass, this will mean that the jam from apples and pears is ready and it can be laid out in jars and prepared for the winter.

Ideally, while the jam is being prepared, you should also have time to sterilize the jars. This can be done in the oven, microwave or steamed.

When the jars of jam from pears and apples have cooled to room temperature, they can be turned back upside down and removed to other blanks.
