At the same time, flatten the dough with your palms, giving the mass the shape of a square or rectangle. Then cut the resulting layer with a kitchen knife, dividing it into squares. Round the corners to get full bun blanks. Let them brew for 10-20 minutes. In this case, it is better to cover the dough with something so that it does not wind off.
Step 3: bake sweet buns.
Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil (or cover it with parchment) and put the prepared buns on it with the seam down. The distance from one workpiece to another should be around 1 centimeter. Leave items still on 60-120 minutes. During this time, they are inflated in size and stick together.
Set the oven to warm up 180-220 degrees Celsius. Grease the buns with the egg at this time. Cooking must be done within 25-35 minutes.
Hot buns need to be removed from the oven and allowed to cool, and then served.
