Marinated cucumbers

Ingredients for the preparation of marinated cucumbers

For one can of 500 milliliters

  1. Cucumbers (you can use overgrown) how much will go
  2. Carrot 5-6 circles
  3. Garlic 1-2 cloves
  4. Fresh dill 1-2 sprigs
  5. Salt 1 teaspoon
  6. Sugar 2 teaspoons
  7. Vinegar 9% 1 tablespoon
  8. Vegetable oil 1.5 tablespoons
  9. Boiled water (room temperature) as it enters

Cooking marinated cucumbers in circles:

Step 1: Prepare the cucumbers.

Any cucumbers are suitable, the main thing is that they are healthy. Rinse the prepared vegetables properly with warm running water several times, shake off excess moisture, and then cut them into circles of medium thickness. If you have a relief knife, then you can very well use it so that the pieces of your pickled cucumbers look even more appetizing.

Step 2: Pickle the cucumbers in circles.

Boil water in a kettle in advance so that it can cool.
On the bottom of the prepared glass jars, lay twigs of fresh dill, a few thin slices of carrots and cloves of garlic, whole or cut into slices. On top of all this, put cucumbers in circles. Pour the right amount of salt and granulated sugar into the jars, fill with cool boiled water, and then add vinegar first, and then vegetable oil.

At the bottom of the pan, spread a dishcloth or dense cloth, make cans with blanks covered with lids in it, and then fill them with warm water so that it reaches the banks on the shoulders. Bring the water in the pan to a boil and sterilize the cans with the blanks in it for 15 minutes after boiling. You will see that the cucumbers change color from bright green to a more delicate olive.
Remove the hot cans from the pan, tightly close the lids, wrap in a blanket and leave to stand upside down until it cools completely. After the cans with pickled cucumbers, you can unroll and hide in a dark place, to other blanks.

Step 3: Serve the pickled cucumbers in circles.

Serve the pickled cucumbers in the same way as regular pickled cucumbers, that is, as an appetizer or as one of the components of a complex side dish. And on a typical day, you can have a nice bite to eat, simply by putting them on a slice of bread, and if you also have a cutlet there, then it’s generally beauty.

Recipe Tips:

- If you are going to prepare cucumbers, say, in a jar of one liter or more, then, accordingly, you will need to increase the number of ingredients. So for a liter jar, for example, you will need everything (both vegetables and spices) twice as much.

- Before you start cooking cucumbers, be sure to rinse the glass jars with baking soda, rinse them thoroughly, and then sterilize.
