Ingredients for preparing a lazy salad for the winter

Cooking a lazy salad for the winter:
Step 1: Prepare the eggplant.
Rinse the eggplant, cut off the ends on both sides. Crush the vegetable into cubes or medium-sized cubes. Pour the chopped eggplant into a deep plate and fill with salted water. Leave on 30 minutes. Step 3: Prepare the onion.
Peel onions, cut off the remains of roots from below and the remains of tops from above. Rinse the peeled vegetables with cold water, and then cut them into thin rings or half rings.
Step 4: Prepare the tomatoes.
Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly with running water, remove the seal, and cut the peeled vegetables into large pieces. It is easiest to divide each tomato into 6-8 parts.
Step 5: Stew the lazy salad.
In a saucepan, preferably with a thick bottom and walls, heat the vegetable oil. Then lay the vegetables in layers, sprinkling each of these layers with a small amount of salt. Basically, the order is not important, the main thing is that the tomatoes are at the very top, the rest is not so fundamental. Close the saucepan with vegetables and simmer everything over low heat for 1.5 - 2 hours. Do not forget to periodically mix your lazy salad so that nothing burns.
Step 6: Prepare a lazy salad for the winter.
As soon as the lazy salad is ready, remove it from the heat and spread it straight into the sterilized heated glass jars with the hot one. Close the lid tightly. Allow the lazy salad to cool, and then hide it to other workpieces.
Step 7: Serve the lazy salad.
Lazy lettuce can be served in the same way as a lecho, that is, both cold and hot. You can prepare sauces based on it or simply add to hot dishes.
