Drinking Tomato Ingredients

Cooking drunk tomatoes:

Step 1: prepare the tomatoes.

Cover the blanks with lids and place in a large pot with hot water. It is better to line the bottom of the pan with kitchen towels so that the banks do not crack or come into contact with each other. In this water bath, boil your drunk tomatoes for 15-20 minutes. Thanks to this, the workpiece does not exactly fly up into the air and does not deteriorate.
After sterilization, tightly close the hot jars with lids, turn them upside down and leave them in this form until they cool completely.
