- White cabbage 5 kilograms

Preparation of vitamin salad for the winter:
Step 1: prepare the cabbage.

Peel the carrots, and then rinse thoroughly with warm water and cut off the ends on both sides. Grate the vegetables on a coarse grater or chop them using a food processor.
Step 3: prepare the onion.
Peel onions, rinse in cold water and cut into slices, as you usually cut it for salad. That is, if you like large pieces or, say, thin half rings, then just cut it.
Step 4: prepare the pepper.
Pepper clear of seeds, cut off the white partitions, remove the green tail. Rinse vegetables with warm water inside and out. Cut peeled peppers into medium-sized pieces.
Step 5: we prepare vitamin salad for the winter.
Prepare the dressing by mixing all the necessary ingredients together.
In a deep enameled bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, peppers and onions, pour over the cooked dressing. Stir well, but try not to squeeze the vegetables so that they do not give juice.
Sterilize the glass jars and place the salad in them, ramming them tightly. Cover, but not airtight. Leave the vitamin salad in this form for three days.
