- Minced chicken 500 g
- Zucchini 300 g
- Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
- Small egg 1 pc.
- Cheese 100 g
- Seasoning chicken 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Onion 50 g
- Main ingredients: Onion, Pepper, Zucchini, Cheese
- Portion 14-18 pcs.
Cooking cutlets with vegetables and cheese:
Pass the zucchini, onions, peppers through the meat grinder, add a little salt, mix and leave for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess fluid.
Cut the cheese into slices.
Mix vegetables, minced meat, spices, salt, egg in a bowl.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil, put 1 tbsp. l flatten the minced meat, put a piece of cheese, cover the second 1 tbsp. l minced meat, flatten. Thus we form cutlets. Fry on both sides.
We put it on a dish and serve.
