Chicken, Tomato and Cheese Salad Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 200 grams
- 5-6 eggs
- Tomatoes 3 pieces (large)
- Bunch of lettuce
- Hard cheese 100-150 grams

- Ground black pepper to taste

- Mayonnaise or sour cream for dressing

Cooking salad with chicken, tomatoes and cheese:
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Fillet.
Be sure to thaw chicken or take chilled, rinse with cool running water and pat dry with paper towels. Put the chicken meat in a small saucepan, add a little clean water, salt, put on fire and cook until cooked. Boiled chicken will only have to cut into small pieces or disassemble into fibers.
Step 2: Prepare the eggs.
Eggs also need to be cooked, it can be steep, or you can slightly undercook it so that the yolk remains soft, but not liquid. Cool finished eggs, peel and divide into quarters or halves.
Step 3: Prepare the tomatoes.
Rinse the tomatoes with warm water, dry them with paper towels, remove the seals on the top and cut them with wedges.
Step 4: Prepare the lettuce leaves.
Disassemble a bunch of lettuce leaves, separating them from each other. Then fold in a colander and rinse thoroughly several times with running cold water. Carefully greens need to be washed because often small grains of sand remain on it, which creak unpleasantly on the teeth. Dry the washed salad with paper towels.
Step 5: Prepare the cheese.Cut the crust off the cheese, and then grate it on a medium grater. You can also cut it into small cubes.
Step 6: Prepare the cucumber.
Rinse the cucumber, dry it and check if it is bitter, otherwise it will have to be peeled. Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Step 7: Mix and serve the salad with chicken, tomatoes and cheese.
You do not need to mix the salad separately, immediately put it on the plates in which you will serve. Lay the lettuce leaves first, whole or tear them by hand, then tomatoes, chicken and slices of fresh cucumber. Sprinkle cheese on top and spread the halves of the boiled eggs nicely. Season with salt and pepper to taste, pour the dressing of your choice and serve.
Ready salad with chicken, tomatoes and cheese should be served immediately after cooking, so that the vegetables do not have time to lose their juiciness.
