Making a pie of zucchini with cheese:

Step 1: Prepare the zucchini.

As you know, young zucchini do not need to be cleaned, just rinse them and grate them using a coarse grater or grind them in a food processor. The zucchini, on the other hand, first peel off the coarse peel, cut into halves along and clean the seeds. Then grind in the same way, using a grater or combine.
After that, the flesh of the zucchini should be transferred to a towel or dense gauze folded two to three times, curled and squeezed over the sink. If this is not done, the cake will turn out to be too thin.

Step 2: Prepare the cheese.

Cut the crust from the cheese and grate it with a fine grater. If you took a little more, about 200 grams of cheese, then immediately set aside 50 of them to decorate the cake.

Step 3: Knead the dough.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs, mixing them with salt, black pepper and dried herbs. Then add sour cream and mix everything until smooth. At the same time, mix the flour and baking powder for the dough on the side. Then combine the dry and wet ingredients into one and mix, achieving a consistency of dough without lumps.
Add grated and slightly squeezed zucchini and 150 grams of cheese to the dough, mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4: Bake a pie of zucchini with cheese.

Set the oven to warm up 180 degrees Celsius. Cover the baking dish with baking paper and put on it the dough for the pie from the zucchini with cheese. Sprinkle on top of the remaining 50 grams of grated cheese.

Put the pie in the oven for about 40-60 minutes. Readiness as always, using a toothpick. Pierce her a pie and if there are no pieces of raw dough on the toothpick, then everything is ready and you can remove the product from the oven.
Ready cake can be served hot, but in my opinion it is a little liquid in this form, so I suggest that you wait until it cools down a little.

I love zucchini in any form, because they are very useful and at the same time low-calorie, so for me this cake is just a jumble and I recommend trying it all-all-all.
