Cooking cucumbers with apples for the winter:

Step 1: Prepare apples with cucumbers.

First of all, very thoroughly with a special brush or sponge, rinse the apple and cucumbers. This is very important, since we will not clean vegetables or fruit.
After washing, dry the cucumbers and leave as a whole, without even cutting off the tips. Cut the apple into small cubes, removing the twig and core with seeds.

Step 2: We preserve cucumbers with apples for the winter.

Immediately put the water in a pan to boil.
Meanwhile, lay the bay leaf, a few peas of allspice, a whole clove, as well as garlic cloves peeled and cut into large pieces, at the bottom of the can. Lay the apple slices in the next layer. Then an umbrella of fragrant dill and, at the very least, place cucumbers in a jar, laying them very tightly together.
Pour freshly boiled water into a jar. Wait 15-20 minutes, then drain the water back into the pan and boil again, then repeat this procedure again one more time.

After we poured cucumbers with apples twice in water, and again poured it into the pan, the liquid must again be brought to a boil, but this time adding salt and granulated sugar to it.

We return the water, which has become a pickle, to a jar of cucumbers and apples, add directly there 3 teaspoons vinegar. Important: Please note that the container must be filled at the very neck so that as little air as possible remains at the end.
Close the filled jar tightly with a lid and roll up. Wrap with a kitchen towel, flip upside down and leave to cool for several hours. And only after the workpiece has become room temperature, it can be turned back upside down and put in storage in some dark and cool place.

Step 3: Serve canned cucumbers with apples.

I open finished cucumbers with apples only in winter and only on holidays, otherwise they leave very quickly and imperceptibly. Usually I just cut everything into slices and spread it beautifully, but you can make a salad or sauce from such cucumbers. In any case, be sure to try to preserve cucumbers with apples, very tasty.
