Divide the peeled cucumber halves in half each half so that the quarters come out, and after each piece cut into 3-4 more stripes.
Immerse the cucumber straws in a deep plate, add salt, mix gently and leave on 20 mint for vegetables to give juice. After that, the cucumber needs to be rinsed several times with water and dried with a disposable paper towel.

Step 2: prepare the rest of the ingredients.

The cloves of garlic need to be peeled and cut into very small pieces. Peel the skin from the ginger root, and then chop it as finely as garlic. Chop a little chili pepper with a knife. Rinse green onion feathers and cut into small rings.

Step 3: prepare the fried cucumber salad.

Heat a pan and 1 tablespoon of oil in it. Add green onions, slices of garlic, chili pepper and ginger root. Stir all the time while frying the ingredients over high heat for 30 seconds.
