At the same time, its free part will cover the filling on top, so that the apples are wrapped inside.

Serve hot omelet with apples. From these ingredients, I get two small servings. I just cut the finished omelet into two halves and lay them on portioned plates. You can sprinkle with grated chocolate or powdered sugar. Sweet croutons and freshly brewed coffee go well.
