Ingredients for Salad with Pears and Walnuts

For salad

Making salad with pears and walnuts:

Step 1: Prepare the pear.

In a deep salad bowl, fold the leaves of greenery, nuts fried in butter with slices of pears and a straw of dried ham. Pour all the salad dressing and mix all the ingredients together. But be careful not to crush pears that become soft after heat treatment. Once you mix the salad, it can be served.

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of dried ham, you can add slightly fried bacon to this salad.

- I chop the red onion very finely, but you can just put all the ingredients for dressing in a blender and beat there until a homogeneous consistency.

- For the preparation of this salad, only hard varieties of pears are suitable, otherwise the fruit will simply fall apart during frying.
