Ingredients for making maseduana

Cooking Maseduana:

Step 1: prepare the apple and pear.


Rinse the apple and pear, wipe with a towel, and then peel them off. Cut the vegetables into quarters and remove the seed box from the core. Cut the remaining pulp into small cubes, put in a deep plate, pour a small amount of lemon juice and mix.

Step 2: prepare the strawberries.


Rinse the strawberries thoroughly, dry and remove the green ponytails, and then cut each berry lengthwise into two equal halves.

Step 3: prepare the grapes.


Rinse the grapes, separate from the twigs and dry them slightly as well. If the berries you have chosen are small, then they can be left in their entirety. I have large ones, so I divided them lengthwise into two parts in the same way as strawberries.

Step 4: prepare the apricots.


Remove the apricot halves from the syrup, and then cut them into medium cubes.
Important: try to ensure that all the pieces of fruit and berries are about the same size, because this is exactly what will give Maseduan variegation and brightness.

Step 5: prepare the masheduan.


Add strawberries, grapes and apricots to apple and pear slices drenched in lemon juice. Sprinkle all with 4 tablespoons of sugar and pour about another 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Gently mix everything, the main thing is not to damage the pulp of berries and fruits.
Arrange the resulting salad into dessert bowls, pour them on top of the remaining liquid on the bottom of the plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes. Dessert should cool before serving.

Step 6: serve the maseduan.


Serve chilled maseduan to the table, but before that, decorate each serving with a ball of ice cream.
This bright, colorful dessert is equally liked by both adults and children, so feel free to serve fruit and berry maseduan to the table at the end of the meal.
