Making avocado and strawberry salad:

Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries.

Fold the ripe strawberries in a colander, rinse it properly, and then wait a little while the excess moisture drains. Peel the berries from the green tails by cutting or tearing them, and then cut the strawberries into cubes or slices.

Step 2: Preparing the Avocado

Rinse the avocado, make an incision along the fruit and, grasping the different halves and carefully turning them, separate them in different directions. Remove the bone from the core. Without removing the pulp from the peel, cut it into cubes, and then simply remove it with a tablespoon or teaspoon.

Step 3: Prepare the lettuce leaves.

Fold lettuce leaves or salad mixture in a colander, rinse very thoroughly with running water. Then tear the greens with your hands into large pieces.

Step 4: We are preparing refueling.

Put the right amount of honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil in a cup, add sugar and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Step 5: Mix the avocado and strawberry salad.

Place greens at the very bottom of the salad bowl, then the avocado pulp and sliced ​​strawberries. Pour the dressing prepared earlier and carefully, so as not to mash the berries, stir the salad. At the very end, sprinkle it with any chopped nuts and immediately serve it, since this salad is not very long stored in the dressing, even in the refrigerator.

A ready-made salad of avocados and strawberries is a rather original summer breakfast or afternoon snack, as well as a very light and delicious fruit snack or dessert, if you like.
