Ingredients for making Savoyardi biscuit cookies

Cooking Savoyardi biscuit cookies:
To begin with, we will install a culinary bag with a nozzle in a high mug for convenience.
Divide the eggs into protein and yolk.
Mix the yolks with a whisk with vanilla sugar.
Beat the whites into a light foam. Add the sifted powdered sugar in parts and beat until firm, firm peaks.
Mix the proteins with the yolks with a silicone spatula, until a homogeneous consistency.
Add the sifted flour and knead a uniform dough.
Pour the dough into a cooking bag with a nozzle (large round hole).
Set cookies about 7 cm long on parchment, 2 cm apart. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Bake at a temperature of 175 degrees, about 10-14 minutes. Cookies should be light in color, do not bake until brown.
Remove cookies from parchment and cool on a wire rack.
