Chicken hearts in tomato and garlic sauce

Ingredients for Cooking Chicken Hearts in Tomato-Garlic Sauce

  1. Chicken hearts (boiled) 650/400 g
  2. Onion 30 g
  3. Tomato paste 1 ½ tbsp. l
  4. A mixture of Mediterranean herbs 1 tsp.
  5. Black pepper pier 1/3 tsp
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Olive oil Iberika 1 tbsp. l
  8. Water 200 ml
  9. Garlic 2 tooth.

Cooking chicken hearts in tomato-garlic sauce:

Boil chicken hearts in salted water in advance. Leave them in the broth.

Pour olive oil into the stewpan, fry the onions until transparent.

Add tomato paste, mix. Pour a mixture of herbs, ground pepper, salt to taste, mix.

Fill with water, bring to a boil, add hearts, cover and simmer for 2 minutes over low heat.

Turn off the heat, add the garlic, mix. I served hearts with buckwheat porridge and a vegetable salad. It turned out very tasty, enjoy your meal!
