Step 2: Prepare the sauce.

To prepare a kind of creamy sauce, place sour cream in a bowl, cloves of garlic peeled and crushed in a special press, juice of one lime (do not forget to wash the fruit) and a quarter of a teaspoon of salt. With a whisk or a fork, mix the mass to a homogeneous consistency, that's all.

Step 3: Prepare vegetables and other ingredients.

With canned corn and black beans, everything is very simple: open the cans and drain the water. Rinse lettuce leaves with warm water, shake and chop, do the same with coriander root.
The avocado is already more complicated, it needs to be peeled and a bone removed from its core, and the remaining pulp cut into small cubes.
Just wash the tomatoes, cut the seal on the crown, and then cut into cubes the same size as the flesh of the avocado.

Step 4: Cook the burrito in a plate.

To the rice mixed with salsa sauce add the other prepared ingredients, pouring them on top. In this case, it is best to first sprinkle romaine lettuce leaves, then pieces of tomato and avocado, and only then everything else, that is, corn, beans and coriander root. Before serving, beautifully pour the dish with sour cream sauce. If desired, you can decorate it with finely chopped leaves of the same coriander.
