Ingredients for Cooking Quick Borsch

Ingredients for a 4-5 liter cauldron:

  1. Vegetable oil 80 ml.
  2. Garlic 1 clove.
  3. Medium onion 1 pc.
  4. Carrot medium 1 pc.
  5. Beetroot medium 2 pcs.
  6. Chicken fillet 2 pcs.
  7. Potato 400-500 gr.
  8. Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l
  9. Sugar 1 tsp
  10. Salt 1 tbsp. l without a slide.
  11. Ground pepper 0.5 tsp
  12. Canned Beans 1 b.
  13. Cabbage 400-500 gr.
  14. Bay leaf 2 pcs.
  15. Dill 2 tbsp. l
  16. Parsley 2 tbsp. l

Cooking fast borsch:

Pour vegetable oil into a cauldron. Fry lightly chopped garlic, diced onions, grated carrots. We clean the beets immediately before frying, three on a coarse grater and send them to fry in a cauldron. When the beets are fried, add salt, sugar, ground pepper, tomato paste, mix. Add diced chicken fillet to vegetables, lightly fry. Pour the beans. Add diced potatoes and pour boiling water to the top. Cook the borsch until the potatoes are ready, about 20 minutes. While the soup is cooked, shred the cabbage. Salt the cabbage lightly and grind with your hands so that the cabbage becomes softer. When the potatoes are boiled, add the cabbage, cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes, cover the greens and bay leaf. Turn off the heat and insist 15 minutes, the soup is ready.
