Making shrimp mango salad:

Step 1: Prepare the shrimp.

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, black pepper, peas and other spices for cooking to taste, if necessary. Bring to a boil and lower the frozen shrimp there. Wait until the water in the pan boils again, turn down the heat, cover and continue cooking 3 minutes. This time is enough for ordinary shrimp, but royal is better to cook at least 10 minutes.
Catch the boiled seafood with a slotted spoon and cool, and after you can keep them without burning, remove the shell from each shrimp and tear off your head. After cleaning, cut them into small pieces, leaving a few pieces intact to decorate the salad.

Step 2: Prepare the mango and avocado.

Rinse fruit with warm water and pat dry.
With a mango, peel the skin with a knife, and then divide it into halves and remove the stone. Cut the remaining pulp into small cubes.
Avocados are a little more difficult to clean. First, you need to cut it along and, turning the halves in opposite directions, separate them. Remove the bone. Rinse the pulp right inside the peel with a knife into squares, and then remove with a teaspoon.

Step 3: Prepare cilantro and chili pepper.

When working with chili peppers, be careful, and it’s best to cook it with your hands in plastic gloves. First, cut the pod lengthwise and pull out all the seeds, as well as cut the tail. Rinse the peppers after cleaning with cold water, dry and cut into very small pieces.
Rinse cilantro, shake off excess moisture, cut the stems, and chop the leaves with a knife very finely.

Step 4: Prepare the lime.

Rinse citrus fruits with warm running water. Choose one of the fruits and gently rub it, only peeling off the zest. Then split both limes into halves and squeeze the juice out of them in such a way that the flesh and bones do not get into it.

Step 5: Preparing the dressing.

Combine the prepared lime juice in a bowl with olive oil, honey, chopped cilantro, zest and chili pepper. Whip the dressing and add salt to it to taste.

Step 6: Mix the mango salad with shrimp.

Put sliced fruits and chopped boiled shrimps in a deep plate, pour all the ingredients with dressing and mix very carefully. But be careful not to accidentally crush the flesh of avocado and mango. After you finish mixing the salad, you can serve it to the table.

Step 7: Serve the shrimp mango salad.

Serve mango salad with shrimp as an independent dish, beautifully laid it out on portioned plates and garnished with a couple of whole shrimps. Such a salad will not only decorate your table, but will also give an amazing mood with its exotic taste and bright appearance.
Enjoy your meal!
