Cooking Caesar Salad with Tongue:

Step 1: prepare beef tongue.

Before cooking, thaw and thoroughly rinse the beef tongue, including a brush. Then put the prepared ingredient in a pan, fill with water and bring to a boil. Add bay leaf, allspice and cook under a closed lid over medium heat for 2.5-3 hours. Check readiness by piercing the tip of the tongue with a fork or knife. If the meat is soft and the blade easily enters and leaves it, the offal is cooked and you can continue to prepare it further.
Rinse the finished boiled tongue with cold water, and then peel the top film from it - the skin. Wait until the meat has completely cooled down, and only then cut it into small pieces, it does not matter cubes or straws, for example.

Step 2: prepare the chicken fillet.

Let the chicken filet thaw at room temperature. Then rinse with cold water, pat dry with paper towels, rub with salt and black pepper and cut into small pieces.
Fry the chicken prepared in this way until cooked in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil. As a result, you should get delicious crispy pieces of poultry meat. If necessary, chop the chicken even smaller after frying.

Step 3: prepare white bread.

Cut white bread into medium-sized cubes or thick straws.
Meanwhile, peel the clove of garlic, chop it large, fry in olive oil and remove from the pan. After that, place the sliced ​​bread in the remaining butter and fry it over medium heat. Cooking should be done exactly until the pieces of bread are covered with a golden crisp on all sides.

Step 4: prepare the eggs.

Place chicken eggs in a saucepan, fill with water and put on fire. Bring the liquid to a boil, reduce the power and cook for another 12-13 minutes. Then cool the eggs by placing them abruptly under a stream of cold running water. The cooled ingredients you can only peel and cut into cubes.

Step 5: prepare the cherry tomatoes.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes with warm water, dry with towels and divide each with a knife into four parts.

Step 6: prepare the parmesan.

Grate parmesan cheese on a fine grater. However, sometimes it is cut into very thin slices - flakes, perhaps you will like this option more.

Step 7: prepare the salad.

Rinse the lettuce leaves thoroughly with warm running water, wipe with disposable paper towels to remove excess moisture, and then tear or chop the greens in large pieces.

Step 8: prepare the sauce.

Beat with a mixer the mustard with egg yolk, then add the olive oil dropwise, gradually turning the mass into mayonnaise. After you achieve the desired consistency, add lemon juice, vinegar to the dressing and whisk again, finally mixing all the components of the sauce together.

Step 9: mix the salad.

In a deep salad bowl, place lettuce, cherry tomatoes, tongue, chicken, eggs and fried bread, mix, add the cooked dressing and sprinkle everything on top with parmesan. Let the salad brew a little, after which it will be completely prepared for you to serve it on the table.
Attention: if in doubt about salt, first try the salad to taste and, if necessary, add the missing spices, in your opinion.

Step 10: serve the salad.
