Pasta salad


Ingredients for Pasta Salad

  1. Pasta (feathers, horns, snails) 100 grams
  2. Ham 100 grams
  3. Onion 1 piece
  4. Fresh champignons 100 grams
  5. Fresh tomato 1 piece
  6. Fresh cucumber 1 piece
  7. Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  8. Vegetable oil 50 milliliters
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Ground black pepper on the tip of a knife
  11. Greens to taste

Inventory:

Frying pan, pan, colander, salad bowl, kitchen knife, spatula, cutting board, disposable paper towels, tablespoon.

Cooking pasta salad:

Step 1: Prepare the ham.


Peel the ham from the shell, cut into small cubes and fry in a pan with a minimum amount of oil. Cooking is necessary until a delicious golden crust appears. After frying, set the ham aside for a while and prepare other ingredients.

Step 2: Prepare the onion.


Peel the onion, rinse with cold water and chop it with a knife, cutting it into small pieces.

Step 3: Prepare the champignons.


Rinse mushrooms champignon, clean of adhering dirt and cut off with a knife darkening. Cut the ingredients thus prepared into cubes or thin slices, depending on your desire.

Step 4: Prepare the cucumbers.


Cucumbers may need to be peeled, but only if it is bitter. In the other case, just rinse the vegetables, dry and cut them.

Step 5: Prepare the tomatoes.


Rinse fresh tomatoes, cut out a seal from them, and chop the remaining with small cubes.

Step 6: Prepare the pasta.


Boil pasta exactly in accordance with the instructions written on their packaging. In order to make the salad even more interesting and varied, you can take several different types of pasta.
Discard the finished pasta in a colander, mix with a small amount of vegetable oil and wait until excess moisture drains from them.

Step 7: Fry the ingredients.


In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onions in it over high heat until golden brown. Then add the champignons there and continue cooking, but already on medium heat, until all the liquid has evaporated. Salt to taste and pepper. Add the pasta and already fried ham. Stir all the time, cook for 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and transfer the contents of the pan to a salad bowl.

Step 8: Cooking the Pasta Salad


Add tomatoes and cucumbers to the fried salad, as well as some fresh chopped greens, season with mayonnaise and mix gently so as not to break the pasta. As soon as you mix all the ingredients for the salad, and also make sure that the dish has enough salt, pepper and everything else, the salad can be served on the table.

Step 9: Serve the pasta salad.


When serving pasta salad, decorate it with large slices of fresh tomato or leaves of juicy greens. After that, enjoy a hearty and incredibly tasty salad, in which all the ingredients are combined very organically.

Recipe Tips:

- Instead of fresh champignons, you can use canned ones, this will significantly change the taste of the salad, but perhaps many will like such changes.

- Also, this salad can be cooked with spaghetti and noodles.

- And if peeled tomatoes and seeds, they can be added to the pan to the rest of the ingredients and fry with them.
