Making a salad with peas and eggs:

Step 1: Cook the eggs.

Boil eggs, as usual, until fully cooked, that is, hard boiled. To do this, cook them for 10-12 minutes after the water boils. After cooking, cool the eggs by placing them under a stream of ice water. And after the ingredients have completely cooled, peel them and cut them into small cubes.

Step 2: prepare the cucumber.

Fresh cucumber is better to peel by removing it with a knife, and pickled can be left and so, cutting off only the ends on both sides. Regardless of whether you took the salted vegetable or fresh, after preparation it must be cut into very small cubes or thin strips.

Step 3: prepare the green peas.

Open a jar of green peas, drain excess water.

Step 4: prepare the garlic.

Peel the garlic cloves, cut off the tips and chop the remaining. So, for example, garlic can be cut with a knife, or you can pass it through a special press.

Step 5: prepare the parsley.

Rinse parsley, be sure to cut thick stems from it and discard them, as they are inedible. Grind the leaves with a knife, leaving a couple to decorate the salad.

Step 6: mix the salad.

Fold all prepared ingredients in a salad bowl. Pour them with sour cream and mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Thoroughly mix all the components of the dish together so that the dressing and spices are evenly distributed. After that, the salad is ready and you can serve it to the table.

Step 7: serve the salad with peas and eggs.

Salad with peas and eggs is not necessary to insist, so serve it immediately after cooking. Be sure to decorate the dish laid out in a salad bowl or on portioned dishes with deferred branches of greenery. And then enjoy the light taste of the salad.
Enjoy your meal!
