Oven ingredients for cooking pork and potatoes

Cooking pork and potatoes in the oven:
Step 1: Prepare the potatoes.
Peel the potatoes, rinse them under running water and put them on a cutting board. We cut each potato into 2-4 parts with a sharp knife and put them in a pan.
Then we put it on the burner, fill it with water, add bay leaf and salt to taste, turn on the medium heat. We cook potatoes for only 15 minutes, it is not necessary to bring it to full readiness.
Step 2: Prepare the pork, garlic and onions.
While boiling potatoes you can do meat. We wash it under cold running water and on a cutting board we cut into medium cubes about 2 cm.
We turn on the medium heat on the stove, put the pan on the burner, pour a little vegetable oil and when it warms up, put the meat pieces. Fry them evenly on all sides for 5 minutes, then add soy sauce and continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes.
The rosy slices of pork are transferred to a clean plate, and the cloves of garlic, after peeling, are squeezed out with the help of a garlic in a hot pan. Fry the garlic for several minutes, stirring constantly, so as not to burn.
Put the finished garlic in a separate plate.
The pan can be removed from the heat while we prepare the onion. We peel it from the husk, rinse it under cold running water and put it on a cutting board. Rinse the knife under water, cut the onion into a small cube, transfer to a pan and return it back to medium heat. Fry the onion until golden brown, periodically stirring with a kitchen spatula.
Step 3: Grind the cheese.
Cheese can be grated with both large holes and small ones. In this recipe, it all depends on your taste.
Step 4: Form the dish.
Drain the water from the potato and put it in a large bowl. Add onion, garlic, cream, chopped dill and spices to taste.
Mix with a tablespoon until smooth.
Then grease the mold with vegetable oil, spread the potatoes with vegetables, lay the fried pork and cover the mold with foil.
Step 5: Bake potatoes with pork in the oven.
We bake meat with potatoes at 180 degrees during 15 minutes. After removing the foil from the mold, sprinkle the dish with cheese and bake another 2 to 4 minutes in order for the cheese to melt.
Step 6: Serve the pork and potatoes in the oven.
We lay out the finished dish on plates and serve to the table. This dish does not need any additions, unless pickled tomatoes or cucumbers are suitable. Enjoy a delicious and simple meal!

- As spices, you can use cardamom, cumin, black pepper, white pepper, nutmeg, sage or thyme.
- Garlic is not necessary to squeeze through a special garlic. If you do not have it, grind the cloves with a knife, or on a grater with small holes.
- Dill can be replaced with parsley or any other herbs to taste.
