Egg and mushroom salad


Ingredients for Salad with Eggs and Mushrooms

Cooking salad with eggs and mushrooms:

Step 1: Prepare the eggs.


First prepare the main ingredient, namely the eggs. To do this, boil them in a saucepan for 12-15 minutes after the water boils. Then, to cool the ingredients, dip them sharply into ice water and keep them there until they have completely cooled.

Step 2: Prepare the champignons.


Remove canned mushrooms from the liquid and cut into small cubes. However, some recommend making larger pieces of mushrooms, but I prefer it when all the ingredients in the salad are finely chopped. After all, this way the dish turns out much more tender.

Step 3: Prepare the onion.


Peel onions, cut into small cubes, pour into a deep plate and scald with boiling water. Wait until the water has cooled, then drain it by squeezing a little onion.

Step 4: Prepare fresh herbs.


Rinse the greens, cut it into small pieces, for convenience, you can use kitchen scissors.

Step 5: Prepare a salad with eggs and mushrooms.


Put mushrooms, eggs, onions and greens in a deep plate, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together. That's all! You’ve got such a simple and tasty egg salad, you can serve it to the table.

Step 6: Serve the salad with eggs and mushrooms.


Salad with eggs and mushrooms I usually put on croutons or toasts, but it turns out even tastier and more interesting. But you can also serve it in a salad bowl, laying out next to it salty crackers or even potato chips.

- In summer, you can replace onions with green, a pleasant refreshing taste is obtained.
