Spinach Pie Ingredients


  1. Flour 200 g
  2. Olive Oil 50 ml
  3. Cold water 50 ml
  4. Salt ½ tsp


  1. Ham 150 g
  2. Cheese 100 g
  3. Spinach 250 g
  4. Chicken egg 6 pcs.
  5. Sour cream 100 g
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ground black pepper to taste
  • Main ingredients: Sour cream, Flour, Shortcrust pastry, Greens
  • Portion 6-8

Cooking Spinach Pie:

Dough: Mix flour with salt. Beat with a mixer olive oil with cold water. Pour oil into flour and knead the dough, put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.


Coarsely chop the spinach and fry in a dry pan until the moisture evaporates. Cut the ham into strips, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Beat eggs with sour cream. Roll out the dough into a round thin layer, (shape with a diameter of 23 cm). Put the dough in the form pressing to the edges. We spread the filling: a layer of ham, grated cheese, spinach. Pour the egg mixture. Bake in a preheated oven to 190 degrees 40 minutes. Let the pie stand for 5 minutes. We take out the cake from the mold, cut into pieces and serve.
