Cooking vegetable salad with pasta:

Step 1: Cooking Pasta


Cook the pasta first. To do this, boil water in a saucepan and dump them there. Wait until the liquid boils again, then reduce the heat and continue cooking 5-7 minutesbut rather follow the exact directions on the packaging. Do not forget to just slightly salt the water.
Put the prepared pasta in a colander, rinse immediately with ice water and wait until they cool. In the meantime, get involved in preparing other ingredients.

Step 2: prepare the cucumber.


Rinse the cucumber thoroughly with running water, using your hands or a sponge to remove any dirt. Then try to see if the peel is bitter in the vegetable, if everything is good and tasty, then boldly chop the cucumber into small pieces. If the skin is still bitter, be sure to peel it off, because even if it is just slightly rancid, it can still ruin the taste of the whole salad.

Step 3: prepare bell peppers.


First chop the bell pepper in half by removing the green ponytail. After cut the core with the seeds, and then rinse the vegetable inside and out. Prepared in this way pepper will only cut into small pieces.

Step 4: prepare canned corn.


Open a can of corn and knock over all its contents in a colander. Thus, you will get rid of excess fluid without losing a single grain.

Step 5: prepare salad dressing.


In a separate bowl, mix together all the ingredients of the dressing, that is, vegetable oil, vinegar and salt with spices. To achieve a more uniform consistency, it is better to mix everything with a fork or whisk.

Step 6: mix the vegetable salad with pasta.


Pour the cooled boiled pasta, chopped vegetables and corn into a deep plate, pour in the cooked dressing and mix everything carefully. That's all! Here is a ready-to-serve, excellent and very simple salad of vegetables and pasta.
Attention: season salad before serving, do not store salad long after you have poured vinegar with oil into it.

Serve vegetable salad with pasta as a separate dish or as a side dish for meat, chicken or fish, it will be delicious and incredibly effective on one plate everywhere and with everything.
