Making a salad with cabbage and sesame seeds:

Step 1: Prepare the cabbage.


Peel the half-worn and browned leaves of a cabbage from a cabbage. Rinse the rest. Place the cabbage on a cutting board with the slice up and remove the bitter stalk. Turn the head over and, taking a large and sharp knife, chop it with very thin stripes. For convenience, half the cabbage can be divided into two equal parts.

Step 2: Prepare the carrots.


Choose large, juicy carrots to make this salad. First, peel the vegetable from the skin, scraping it with a special knife. Then wash the carrots with warm water and, having dried, grind with a medium grater. Special craftsmen can cut it into thin strips, as, for example, for the preparation of Korean salads.

Step 3: Prepare a salad with cabbage and sesame seeds.


Put chopped cabbage and carrots in a deep plate, add salt to them and mix thoroughly with a salad spoon or hands. Then sprinkle sesame seeds, season with oil. Mix all the ingredients together well again. That's all! Delicious and healthy salad with sesame seeds is ready! Proceed to serving it.

Salad with cabbage and sesame seeds can be eaten not only as an independent dish, but also using it as a side dish, for example, for meat. Crispy vegetables in combination with spicy sesame seeds and oil very well emphasize the taste of meat and fish dishes.
