Making a salad with millet:
Step 1: Cook the millet.
Before cooking, pour millet into a colander and rinse it with warm water. Then put in a non-enameled pan, pour a small amount of water and bring to a boil. Once the water is boiling, turn down the gas and continue cooking over medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Be careful and do not turn your millet into porridge. After cooking, discard the ingredient in a colander and pour boiling water over it.
In order to prepare the salad further, you need to wait until the cooked millet has cooled to room temperature.
Step 2: Prepare vegetables and parsley.
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the tails and cut the tip of the knife seal. Cut thus prepared vegetables into small cubes.
Peel the onion, cut off the ends. Cut this ingredient into very small pieces.
Rinse parsley with warm water to make it more flavorful, then put it on a cutting board and chop with a knife.
