Ingredients for White Night Salad

  1. Pickled champignons 200 g
  2. Onion (medium) 2 pcs.
  3. Potato (in uniform) 2 pcs.
  4. Raw carrot 1 pc.
  5. Meat (boiled) 200 g
  6. Hard cheese 200 g
  7. Sauce (mayonnaise + sour cream) 250 ml
  8. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
  • Main ingredients: Potato, Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Chicken, Mushrooms, Sour Cream, Greens

Cooking salad "White Night":

Fry chopped onion in vegetable oil until transparent, cool. Cut champignons into slices, chicken hearts in strips. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise. We spread a layer of mushrooms on the dish, chilled onions on top, apply a net of mayonnaise. The next layer we rub the potatoes on a coarse grater, make a net from the sauce. Next, spread the grated carrots, on top of a sauce net. Then we spread the chicken hearts, grease the top and sides of the salad with the sauce. The last layer of grated cheese. Send the salad in the refrigerator for soaking for 3 hours. We decorate the salad at our discretion and serve. Good appetite!
