Step 1: Prepare the cheese.

Grind cheese on medium or fine grater. It is worth noting that for the preparation of this salad, only hard cheeses are suitable, you can take the usual "Russian" or "Dutch". Step 2: Prepare the nuts.

At the top of the pomegranate, make a cut so that the white veins are exposed. For these same veins, make shallow cuts that will go from top to bottom along the entire fruit. Turn the pomegranate with a slice down and, tapping the outside with its tablespoon, knock out the grains. You will see that they immediately begin to jump out with ease.
There is another way in which an incision must be made across the grant, exactly in the middle. Then it is necessary to carefully divide the fruit into two halves with your hands and knock out juicy grains from it.

Step 4: Prepare the garlic.

Peel the garlic cloves and chop in any way that is acceptable to you. For example, you can pass them through the press, cut with a knife or simply grate.

Therefore, pour grated cheese into a deep plate, season it with mayonnaise and sprinkle everything with garlic, mix, add walnuts. Stir again and check to taste for salt. If you still think that you need to add it, then salt the salad. But I usually never do this, since cheese and mayonnaise in combination with garlic are usually quite self-sufficient in this regard.
Place the finished cheese mixture on a ring-shaped serving dish. To do this, place a glass in the center of the plate. In the end, it remains only to sprinkle everything with pomegranate seeds and serve.
