Chicken Spaghetti Ingredients

Cooking Chicken Spaghetti:
Step 1: prepare the chicken breasts.
We thoroughly wash the chicken breasts under running warm water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat from veins, fat, cartilage and films. Attention: You can cut the loin pieces into several pieces so that they are quickly fried.
Now pour ground oregano and basil into a deep bowl, as well as salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Then rub the chicken breasts on all sides and transfer to a medium bowl. Let them soak in the flavor of seasonings.
Step 2: prepare the spaghetti.
The average cauldron is slightly more than half filled with ordinary cold water and put on a large fire. Attention: so that the liquid boils faster, cover the container with a lid. Immediately after this, pour a couple of pinches of salt here and mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon. Next, we fasten the burner and pour spaghetti into the cauldron. Immediately mix the contents of the container with improvised inventory so that it does not stick together. Important: be sure to familiarize yourself with the cooking method of spaghetti indicated on the package, as cooking time may vary from 10 to 20 minutes from the moment of boiling water. Sometimes stir the component with a tablespoon so that it boils evenly.
When everything is ready, turn off the burner, and take the container with the help of kitchen tacks and pour the liquid through a colander into the sink. Important: but before you do this, pour boiling water into a glass, it will still be useful to us. That is, spaghetti should be in our colander. Therefore, immediately rinse them under running cool water so that they do not stick together, and leave them aside so that excess liquid comes out of them.
Step 3: prepare the cherry tomatoes.
Cherry tomatoes are well washed under running warm water and then spread on a cutting board. Using a knife, cut the vegetables in half and carefully cut the stem from each part. The crushed components are moved to a clean deep bowl and set aside for a while.
Step 4: prepare the garlic.
We put the garlic on a cutting board and, using a knife, gently squeeze. So we can easily remove the husk.
Then finely chop the cloves and then pour into a free saucer.
Step 5: prepare fresh basil.
We wash the basil well under running warm water, shake off excess liquid and then put it on a cutting board. Finely chop the greens with a knife and pour it into a clean saucer.
Step 6: prepare hard cheese.
Using a medium grater, grate hard cheese directly over a free plate. Then set the container aside and start cooking the dish itself.
Step 7: cook the chicken spaghetti.
Pour a small amount of olive oil into one pan and put on medium heat. When the contents of the container are well warmed up, spread the marinated chicken breasts here. Fry them on all sides until a golden crust appears on the surface 3-4 minutes each with each. Attention: since we use broiler meat, it should cook pretty quickly. If you are not sure about this or if you have large pieces, then slightly tighten the burner and fry the components twice on each side.
Then, using a wooden spatula, transfer the chicken breasts to a cutting board and let it reach a warm state. After using the knife, cut the meat into small pieces and for now leave it alone.
In parallel with this, we pour a little olive oil into another pan and put it next to it over medium heat. When it warms up well, put the halves of the cherry here and pour the chopped garlic. Fry the components for a couple of minutes, occasionally stirring them with a wooden spatula. Then slightly fasten the burner, cover the container with a lid and let it stew 3-4 more minutes.
After the allotted time, put the spaghetti in the pan and fill everything with the liquid in which they were cooked. The quantity is determined "by eye". I sometimes add more than half a glass to the dish. Close the pan again with a lid and continue to simmer everything literally 3-5 minutes. At the end, turn off the burner, put the pieces of fried chicken breast, finely chopped fresh basil in the bowl and mix thoroughly with the tools at hand. Then, without hesitation, we invite everyone to the table until the spaghetti with chicken has cooled down.
Step 8: serve the chicken spaghetti.
Using a wooden spatula, we transfer the ready-made, even hotter chicken spaghetti from a frying pan to a special plate, immediately sprinkle with grated hard cheese and serve it to the dining table. Yes, the dish is truly delicious and delicious. What can I advise him is a glass of good red wine.
