Step 1: prepare all the ingredients.

So, after all the main ingredients have been boiled to the desired state, they must be prepared and chopped, each on a new board with 1 centimeter cubes. First, we remove the eggshells from the shell, rinse them from the fragments, dip them with paper kitchen towels and cut them as described above.

Then we remove the skin from the potato that has cooled in its uniform and crumble it like the previous product.

We do the same with beef, chop meat into cubes.

Now we start to deal with raw vegetables, carefully rinse fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and greens for serving under streams of cold running water. Then we dry everything, move it in turn on a clean board and move on. We almost always remove hard peel from each cucumber, divide the green beauties into 2 halves and take out solid seeds from them with a teaspoon. Shred the rest of this vegetable, as written in the recipe.

Then we take one tomato in the palm of our hands and cut off from it the place on which the stalk was attached, approximately 1 or 1.5 centimeter thick, this is about 1/4 of the fruit. Very carefully, trying not to damage the walls of the tomato, remove all the flesh from it with the same teaspoon. In this way, we prepare the rest of the tomatoes, put them with the slice down on a cutting board and leave them alone for 10-15 minutes to stack the extra juice.

With greens, we proceed as follows, we cut a small part into small pieces, and leave a few twigs and lettuce leaves intact for decoration. After that, put the rest of the necessary ingredients on the countertop and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: prepare the meat salad.

We throw chopped potatoes, beef, chicken eggs, fresh cucumbers and a couple of pinches of chopped greens into a deep bowl. We season them with ketchup, mayonnaise, to taste salt and black ground pepper. We mix everything thoroughly with a tablespoon, taste it, if necessary, add more spices, loosen again until smooth - the meat salad is ready!

Step 3: bring the tomatoes stuffed with meat salad to full readiness.

Now we fill the tomatoes with salad, crush each with chopped herbs, put them on a large flat dish or distribute them in portions on plates, decorate with green leaves, sprigs of dill, parsley, cilantro or basil and put the resulting yummy on the table.

Then we put the tubers in a deep pot, pour a couple of centimeters higher in water and put on medium heat. After boiling, add a little salt to the bubbling liquid and cook the vegetable for 20-25 minutes, after this time we check its readiness, if the fork enters the tubers smoothly, transfer them to a plate and cool;
