Ingredients for Making Light Salad with Breast

Making a light salad with breast:

Step 1: prepare the chicken fillet.


Thoroughly wash the chicken fillet under running warm water and then put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, we clean the meat from veins, films, cartilage and fat. Next, move the component into a small pan and completely fill it with ordinary cold water so that it covers the chicken somewhere 3 fingers.

We put the container on a large fire and do not completely cover it with a lid. Closer to the boiling liquid, foam will begin to appear on its surface. Be sure to remove it with a slotted spoon and throw it into the sink. Then lightly fasten the burner and boil the meat until fully cooked. It takes me about such a piece 25-35 minutes.
After the allotted time, I advise you to check the chicken for readiness. To do this, just pierce the component with a fork. If the inventory easily enters the pulp, then everything is ready and you can turn off the burner. If not, then it’s worthwhile to extend the cooking time for 7-10 minutes.

In any case, turn off the burner at the end, and remove the chicken fillet with a slotted spoon or a tablespoon and put it on a cutting board. It should independently reach a warm state.
Then, using a knife, grind the meat into slices and transfer to a free plate.

Step 2: prepare canned pineapple.


We spread the rings of canned pineapple on a cutting board and, using a knife, finely chop into cubes. Gently chopped fruit into a clean plate and briefly set aside.

Step 3: prepare a fresh cucumber.


We wash the fresh cucumber well under running warm water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. With a knife, remove the edges, and after we cut the vegetable lengthwise into two halves.

Finely chop each part into cubes or quarters, and then transfer to a free plate. Attention: if the cucumber has a rather stiff peel, then be sure to remove it with the help of improvised equipment.

Step 4: prepare the apple.


We wash the apple well under running warm water and then put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, peel the fruit from the skin and then cut it in half. From each piece we remove the seed box and the stalk.

Next, using a coarse grater, we rub the apple directly on the cutting board and then move it to a free plate.

Attention: the component can also be simply chopped into cubes using a knife. The taste of this salad will not change. Therefore, we do it as you like best.

Step 5: prepare a light salad with breast.


Pour sour cream and mayonnaise into a deep bowl and add mustard if desired. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Everything, salad dressing is ready!

Next, put slices of boiled chicken, cubes of canned pineapple, chopped cucumber, apple in a medium bowl, and pour salt to taste. Now we water all the ingredients with dressing and mix everything well with improvised inventory. Everything, the salad is ready!

Step 6: serve light salad with breast.


Using a tablespoon, put the ready-made salad into a salad bowl or a special plate and immediately serve it at the dinner table, decorating with fresh sprigs of fresh herbs if desired. This dish can easily be treated to the household for breakfast or dinner. It is light and at the same time satisfying due to boiled chicken fillet. The maximum that can be offered is slices of white bread.
