First, we cover the countertop with baking or parchment paper, pour the right amount of buckwheat onto it and sort it out, removing any kind of rubbish. After that, we discard the cereal in a colander, rinse thoroughly under a stream of cold running water until a clear liquid flows, and leave it in the sink until use.

Step 2: prepare vegetables and other ingredients.

Then, using a sharp kitchen knife, we remove all the vegetables indicated in the recipe from the peel, carefully rinse them from sand, dry them with paper kitchen towels, put them on a cutting board in turn and continue preparation. We chop the potatoes into slices from 2 to 3 centimeters in size.

Onions in 1 cm centimeter cubes. We chop the carrots as the previous product, although it can be rings, as well as half rings with a thickness of 5 millimeters, or chop on a large or medium grater. After that, put the rest of the ingredients that will be needed to prepare the dish on the countertop, and move on.

We insert the plug of the multicooker into a socket, install a teflon bowl in its recess and pour a tablespoon of vegetable, better refined oil into it. We set the mode on the glowing board "Baking" for 25 minutes plus "Start" and after a while we dip the chopped onions and carrots into the preheated fat. We pass them over 10 minutes, occasionally stirring with a wooden or silicone kitchen spatula.

Then add buckwheat to the vegetables and fry together for another 5 minutes. Then we drop the potatoes into the bowl and cook all the remaining time until the end of the program, that is, another 10 minutes. Then we fill in the cereal, as well as vegetables with one and a half liters of purified water, season the liquid to taste with salt and black pepper. Gently mix everything, cover the kitchen appliance with a tight-fitting lid, select a new mode "Extinguish" for 1 hour and press "Start", now you can go do other important things, the kitchen assistant will do everything herself!
