Cooking stuffed tomatoes in the oven:
Step 1: Cook the eggs.
First of all, using a soft kitchen sponge, very carefully wash the surface of fresh chicken eggs. This must be done so that during the heat treatment through the expanded pores of the shell, different microorganisms that are on the surface of this ingredient do not stick. Then we put the eggs in a small stewpan and pour 3-4 fingers higher in purified water. There we add 2 tablespoons of rock salt and 9% vinegar. We put everything on medium heat and after boiling we cook a snow-white useful miracle hard-boiled about 10-11 minutes.
Step 2: prepare the tomatoes.
In the meantime, rinse large tomatoes and dry them with paper kitchen towels. After that, we take one tomato in the palm of our hand and with the help of a sharp kitchen knife we save it from the place where the stalk was attached, but we do it so that not a small part is cut off, but a hat, approximately 1 centimeter thick. Then we take a teaspoon and very carefully, trying not to damage the walls of the fetus, remove all the flesh from it. In the same way, we prepare the remaining tomatoes, put each slice down on a cutting board and leave it in this form on 10-15 minutesto stack extra juice.
Step 3: prepare boiled chicken eggs, two types of cheese and garlic.
While we were engaged in vegetables, the eggs cooled down, remove the shell from them, wash, dry and chop on a fine grater.
We grind two types of cheese in the same way: tender milk and hard. Then peel the cloves of garlic from the husk and move on.
Step 4: prepare the inventory and make the filling.
Turn on the oven to preheat in 200 degrees celsius and put on the countertop a small non-stick or heat-resistant baking dish, the bottom of which, if you wish, can be covered with parchment paper or aluminum food foil. Then we send chopped eggs, soft feta cheese, half hard Russian cheese to a deep bowl, to taste mayonnaise, salt, allspice, and garlic cloves previously squeezed through a special press. Mix these products with a tablespoon to a uniform consistency - the filling is ready!
Step 5: stuff the tomatoes.
Now we divide the egg-cheese mixture into four equal parts and put each of them in a separate tomato, so that we get a small slide. After that, sprinkle the stuffed tomatoes with the remnants of hard Russian cheese, transfer them to the prepared form and proceed to the next, almost final step.
Step 6: bake stuffed tomatoes in the oven.
We send the semi-finished dish to the oven, heated to the desired temperature, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown on the surface of the dairy product, that is, cheese. After the required time has passed, with the help of kitchen gloves or a towel, we remove the form with a pleasant-smelling dish from the oven and put it on a cutting board previously laid on the countertop. Using two kitchen shovels, arrange the tomatoes on plates, cool slightly and serve.
Step 7: Serve the stuffed tomatoes in the oven.
Stuffed tomatoes in the oven, cooked according to this recipe, are considered an excellent warm appetizer for the first or second hot dishes. Serve such tomatoes in portions on plates, before which, if desired, decorated with your favorite fresh herbs, for example, dill, parsley, cilantro, basil or green onions.
